Training

I have just come back from my two week holiday and i am just getting back into my training. It is very hard because i have to get my fitness and my strength back. My coach has been pushing me to my limit in order to achieve this. I am currently training twice as many hours as i normally do and will continue this through the holidays. When i am back to school it will all go back to normal and i will shortly be doing competitions.
