Training

I have just come back from my two week holiday and i am just getting back into my training. It is very hard because i have to get my fitness and my strength back. My coach has been pushing me to my limit in order to achieve this. I am currently training twice as many hours as i normally do and will continue this through the holidays. When i am back to school it will all go back to normal and i will shortly be doing competitions.

The British Championships

In the british championships, I didn't do as well as I could of. I made some mistakes here and there and finished 12th overall. We were in a sports center for the competition, so there were lots of other things to do. We went swimming and it was really fun.

Leading up to the British Championships

This weekend it is the most important competition of the year. I am now a junior competing at the British Championships therefore I am competing against new people.
For the past five weeks I've been putting together routines for this competition and am now onto perfecting them. It is very hard to keep them up week after week until the competition.
My birthday is on Friday so I'm looking forward to that quite a lot as I'm going to be fourteen but it means that I have to compete the day after which is not to good. On Wednesday me and my cousins are going to watch Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs for my birthday and then going out for a meal afterwards. I can't wait.
